Keeping the house cool in the summer
Wednesday, February 18th, 2009I am going to be pricing out buying a whole house attic fan. I have several friends that have them, and they swear that it helps to keep the house cooler in the summer and reduces their energy costs. I’m all for keeping the house cooler in the summer! I get very uncomfortable when the thermometer goes above 80 degrees, which is pretty much all of June, July, August, and most of September! And I HATE how high the electric bill get from running the air conditioner all summer long!
