Really refreshing

Friday, June 5th, 2009

I think that honesty is always the best policy.  Even if it costs you customers in the short run.  I believe that if you are honest about what you are doing, then the customers will respect you for it.  Eventually they may need your service, remember that you do it, and return.  I think that is a much better marketing strategy than lying to the customer just to get their fast business and ending up with and disgruntled customer that bad-mouths your company to anyone who will listen!  One of the worst offenders for the dishonesty to customers has been the credit repair industry.  Most of them lead the consumer to believe that credit repair is an easy and painless process.  It simply isn’t true!  That’s why I find the mycreditgroup.com website refreshing.  They are telling it like it is, and they have earned my respect for that.  If and when I need their services, that is the company I will turn to first, and they are the ones I will recommend friends and family should the need arise.

Flash and crash

Friday, June 5th, 2009

Boy what a scary storm the other night! I went to bed early because I was tired. All of a sudden, I heard one heck of a crash! It brought me right out of bed! I didn’t know what it was! The cat jumped up and was staring at me, and all of a sudden there was another crash, and a bright flash of light! I figured it out really quickly then; we were having a severe thunder storm. It was raining cats and dogs outside! The lightning strikes were really close – it seemed that I heard the crash the same time I saw the flash. Flash and crash! It only lasted for about twenty minutes; but boy, was it scary! It took me two hours to get back to sleep. I won’t forget this storm for a long time!
