A few weeks ago I went to the doctor with stomach pains.  He gave me a prescription and told me that I had to take it four times a day on an empty stomach.  When I got the medicine home and looked at the directions it said that I had to take it one hour before eating, or two to three hours after eating, and that it is very important to follow the directions exactly!  Well, many years ago I became what is called a “grazer” and eat a little bit of food all day long, to keep my blood sugar level!  My stomach is almost never empty!  This has been really hard for me to follow the directions of the medicine!  I’m starving and my stomach is growling all the time!
